Anti-Piracy Checklist
Please complete and submit the following to the Administration when providing notice of entering the High-Risk area as defined in Marine Security Advisory 01/2023. Experience shows that applying the recommendations on this checklist will assist ships to detect, avoid, deter, or delay piracy or armed robbery attacks.

Long-range Identification and Tracking (LRIT) Conformance Test Reports
The conformance test submitted for registration or re-registration shall be less than one month old (excluding newbuilding for which there is no time limitation) and conducted by the Liberian Administration Authorized Testing Application Service Provider (herein referred to as “Testing ASP”) in accordance with paragraph 5.2 of Marine Notice ISP-003 whose details are outlined below:

Once the test is complete Pole Star will forward the test results, to the Administration in .xml file format for issuance of LRIT certificate.
