Share Certificates
A Liberian corporation that wishes to obtain share certificates may order share certificates from LISCR. Upon receipt of your order and payment, the share certificates will be printed and couriered to you to the address provided with your order.
The information provided for printing of share certificates will not be recorded or remain in the records of the Registered Agent; therefore, the Registered Agent will not be able to confirm the shareholding of the corporation, unless voluntarily (publicly) filed with the Liberian Registry, or privately recorded with the Registered Agent. Instructions to file the names of shareholders will be provided upon request.

Corporate Kits
A Liberian corporation may order corporate kits through The LISCR Trust Company.
Upon receipt of your order and payment, the corporate kit will be issued and couriered directly from the printing company to you to the address provided with your order.

- A Certificate of Goodstanding confirms the name of the entity, its date of incorporation/registration and registration number, the name and address of the Registered Agent, and that the entity remains a in status of goodstanding.
- Certified Copies of publicly filed documents. Available documents may include:
- Articles of Incorporation
- Amendments
- Voluntary Filings (Certificates of Election, Incumbency, Shareholding, Power of Attorney, Minutes, etc.)
- Articles of Dissolution
- Proclamation of Annulment
- Certificate of Incorporation
- Tax Letter
