Experience has shown application of the recommendations in this publication makes a significant difference to the safety and security of seafarers and ships.
The following document provides guidance and clarification for companies that own, manage, or operate Liberian Registry flagged vessels and may be considering the service and embarkation of armed and unarmed security personnel in High Risk Area(s) (HRA).
