Insurance companies, financial security providers and P & I Clubs which are not members of the International Group and wish to be approved by the Liberian Maritime Authority may apply by sending a written request to vesselcertificates@liscr.com. Please contact us if your preferred provider is not listed.
The financial securities that are cancelled due to name change, change of shipowner or operator, gross tonnage, and other reasons must be reissued by one of the accepted clubs or insurance companies listed on this page and submitted to the Administration for issuance of updated certificates.
